Submission of the Registration Form will take you to a page that you must print. A parent must sign the Authorization and Release Form. The signed Authorization and Release Form may be mailed with payment or delivered to the Camp Director at the first day of camp. In all events, no athlete can participate in camp without the signed Authorization and Release Form, as well as payment in full.
