Frequently Asked Questions

Who sanctions this league?
The PrimeTime Sports Academy League is sanctioned through US Club Soccer, a United States Soccer Federation (USSF) Affiliate organization on par with US Youth Soccer (the parent organization of NTSSA). Click here to review the USSF organizational chart.
Where are the fields located?
The Arlington divisions (U7-U10) will play at Polaris Soccer Complex located at 3210 W. Pioneer Parkway; Arlington, TX 76013. The Keller divisions (U7-U10) will play at Alliance Soccer Complex, located at 2185 Golden Heights; Fort Worth, TX 76177.
Will we have games at both locations?
Our intent is to have completely separate divisions in Arlington and Keller to keep teams at one complex throughout the season.
Will our players have insurance?
Each player must register with US Club Soccer. The registration fee includes insurance coverage.
How much is registration with US Club Soccer and what do we get?
The registration fee is $12 per player, which gets each player - insurance coverage, a player id card, and the ability to enter US Club Soccer tournaments in North Texas and beyond. US Club Soccer hosts the Youth World Series, State Cups, Regional Cups, and Champions Cup. The fee also covers all PrimeTime Sports tournaments and both the fall and spring leagues. Click here for more information about US Club Soccer.
Are we required to play recreational soccer?
Although we support local recreational soccer associations, players are not required to register with their local recreational association and obtain a player release to play in this league.
Are we allowed to play in other leagues while playing in this league?
Yes. And, if you are registered for SDL, you are covered by US Club Soccer insurance and will not have to pay the additional $12 per player to US Club Soccer
Will the league post game results and standings?
Although there are no awards for finishing first in a division, we will keep track of, and post, win-loss records for the purpose of seeding teams in post-season tournaments.
Are there any rules about number of practices per week or team formation?
No, you can form your team any way you wish, as long as the players meet the age requirements. Some teams are formed through try-outs. Others are indoor or recreational teams that will play with us on Sundays. There are no restrictions on number of practices, games, or tournaments.
