Who is PrimeTime Sports sanctioned by?
PrimeTime Sports Clubs League and tournaments are sanctioned through US Club Soccer, a United States Soccer Federation (USSF) Affiliate organization on par with US Youth Soccer (the parent organization of NTSSA). Can you do anything to accommodate him/her?
PrimeTime Sports will take your coach’s teams into consideration when scheduling the tournament. We are typically able to accommodate most teams to prevent overlap.
Who do I turn the game reports into?
Game reports should be turned into the referees prior to each game. You will need one for every game that your team plays. These DO NOT need to be collected from the referees after each game.What do I need to bring to tournament check-in?
You must turn in your signed official roster (see above for definition) and a copy of the signed participation agreement.When is tournament check-in?
Check-in takes place approximately 45 minutes prior to the start of the tournament. If your team has a later start, please check in 45 minutes prior to the first game.Are there any rules about number of practices per week or team formation?
No, you can form your team any way you wish, as long as the players meet the age requirements. Some teams are formed through try-outs. Others are indoor or recreational teams that play with us on Sundays. There are no restrictions on number of practices, games, or tournaments.

Will the league post game results and standings?
PrimeTime Sports posts scores for all league games so teams can track progress. However, we do not keep track of standings or post win-loss records.Are we allowed to play in other leagues while playing in this league?
Yes. And, if you are registered for SDL, you are covered by US Club Soccer insurance and will not have to pay the additional $14 per player to US Club Soccer.Are we required to play recreational soccer?
Although we support local recreational soccer associations, players are not required to register with their local recreational association and obtain a player release to play in this league.How much is registration with US Club Soccer and what do we get?
The registration fee is $14 per player, which gets each player - insurance coverage, a player id card, and the ability to enter US Club Soccer tournaments in North Texas and beyond. The fee also covers all PrimeTime Sports tournaments and both the fall and spring leagues. US Club Soccer hosts the Youth World Series, State Cups, Regional Cups, and Champions Cup. Each player must register with US Club Soccer. The registration fee includes insurance coverage.Will I have games at all locations?
All teams are guaranteed a minimum of four games at their home facility. The remaining games will be played at one of the three facilities within your geographic region. Teams playing in the East will not have to travel West to play games and vice versa.Where are the fields located?
Games at our West locations are played at Alliance Soccer Complex in Keller, Oak Grove Park in Grapevine, and Mountain Creek Soccer Complex in Grand Prairie. Games at our East locations are played at the Sting fields in Richardson and Rockwall.What do I need to have if I have a guest player on my team?
A team needs to fill out a player loan form signed by both teams. A US Club Player Loan Form cannot be used with a North Texas Loan Form and vice versa. The US Club Player Loan Form can be found here or under the club resources tab in the team’s login. For a North Texas Loan Form, please contact your registrar.Who signs my official roster?
Your US Club Soccer roster will already have a signature at the bottom signed by William C. Sage. If turning in a North Texas roster, it must be signed by the club’s registrar.
